1980's statement sequin dress! Done on black silk, and hand emblazoned with a HUGE phoenix/eagle bird on the front and back. So many sequins and beads encrust this amazing dress it is very heavy. Pull over style with wide bateau neckline, two side slits on the skirt and fully lined in black rayon. Will fit a range of sizes, just check the hip measurement.
